We are very pleased with our Charlesfort condo. This afternoon I hosted a meeting in our home here at The Gardens South. My guests were impressed with the size, layout and design of our unit. They were awed by the view and light from the huge windows as well as our location, which is conveniently close to work and attractions but tucked into a quiet nook here in downtown Ottawa. They asked if our unit had been upgraded. I replied, "No. The quality interior finishes, cabinets, granite counters, hardwood flooring and most light fixtures were standard for The Gardens."
We downsized from a four bedroom, two-story home in the suburbs of Halifax and I have more kitchen cupboards and counter space here in our new condo. Frequent visits from out-of-town family are easily accommodated by the convenient layout of our third bedroom and second full bathroom. We can walk to work and most Ottawa attractions which is good for our health and the environment. Thanks for designing a building that is both beautiful and functional.
